Working days are considered the days from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Orders received before 14:00 on working days will be sent by us the same day and you receive them the next working day. While orders received after 14:00 on working days are sent by us the next working day and you receive them the next working day.

As well, the orders we receive on Friday after 14:00 or during the weekend will be sent by us on Monday and you receive them the next working day.

If you want the same day delivery you can only make your order by phone either by calling our store in Kolonaki (Patriarchou Ioakim 1) 211 4112832 or our store in Psychiko (Omirou 2) 211 4076506. The cost for same day delivery is 5 € and payment can be made either to the driver or by phone charge of your debit card.

Orders received before 14:00 on working days will be sent by us on that day and you receive them either the next working day if it is possible or in extra 2- 3 days depending on the region you are. While orders received after 14:00 on working days are sent by us on the next working day and receive them or the next working day or in extra 2-3 days depending on the region you are. As well, the orders we receive Friday after 14:00 or during the weekend will be sent by us on Monday and receive them or the next working day or in extra 2-3 days depending on the region you are.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN OF GOODS

In our shops

Kindly bring the product(s) to one of our stores and after checking that they fulfill our return conditions, we will replace the product with the same or another product of your choice, or refund you.

Delivery

Please send us the products in their original packaging via our cooperating courier company at no additional charge. Once we receive the products, we will check to see that they fulfill all the return conditions and we will contact with you by e-mail immediately.

Order cancellation

Please send an e-mail to info@eranuts.com with your request for cancelation. This will be free of charge, provided that no shipment of products is performed by our store and within 4 business hours of the order being placed.
